  1. How do I place an order? You can browse our products by different type of usages viz. Office use, Home use & Travel use. To place an order, select ‘ADD TO CART’ tab. You will receive a prompt. Select the ‘Go to cart page’ tab to proceed to checkout or select ‘Continue’ to continue shopping.

  2. How will I know if my order is placed successfully? When your order is confirmed; we will put through a detailed e-mail with all the details of your product and your order number.

  3. How do I track my order? Once your order is processed, you will receive an email update with a tracking number and a tracking link. Alternatively, you can also contact us at info@backgood.com.

  4. My order is lost. Help! Email us at info@backgood.com  and we will be happy to help you.
