If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received the purchased product in damaged condition, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 48 hours to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with guarantee card & any other tags attached to the product.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have decided to return the Back Good product received by you, please inform your decision to our Customer Care on info@backgood.com
The Customer care executive will advise you on properly packaging the product for return & also arrange for the courier person to collect the packed product from you.
Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
