Return Policy

Ergonomic Products (pillows, cushions, braces, supports):

  • Customers can initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

Mattresses & Furniture:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted.
  • Only replacement is applicable in case of approved manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy

Ergonomic Products:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
  • Refunds are completed within 15 working days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.

Mattresses & Furniture:

  • No refunds are applicable.
  • Only replacement will be offered in line with warranty terms.

Defective Products

  • All mattresses come with a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects only.

  • Only replacement will be provided for approved claims.
